The Primavera are gearing up for what promises to be a decisive week as far as their Scudetto ambitions are concerned. With a place in the playoffs and top spot of Group A in sight, the young Bianconeri will be aiming to maintain the strong run of form that has lifted them to victory in their last three fixtures against Empoli, Sampdoria and Sassuolo.
Tomorrow will see Marco Baroni lead his team out against former club Siena. The 48-year-old enjoyed a successful spell in charge of the Tuscan outfit’s Primavera side before progressing to coach the first team. Kick-off is scheduled for 3pm.
The long-awaited derby day is next up for the Bianconeri, with inter-city rivals Torino making the short trip to Chisola on Saturday 7 April for an 11.30am kick-off.
Positive results could see the Primavera secure their place in the final playoff stages of the championship campaign.
