After last season’s Viareggio Cup victory and Coppa Italia final appearance, the Primavera will be hoping to go one better by mounting a convincing challenge against Europe’s finest in the NextGen series.
But before the memorable European nights get underway, all attentions will be on the league campaign as Marco Baroni’s side bid for Scudetto glory.
This will begin on Saturday 26 August - a week earlier than previous seasons – and draw to a close on Saturday 27 April 2013. The young Bianconeri are scheduled to play a total of 26 fixtures.
The winter break will take place from 1 December 2012 to 12 January 2013, a period in which Juve will focus exclusively on the Coppa Italia.
There will be another pause in the league campaign - from 9 to 23 February 2013 – during which the Bianconeri will aim to defend their Viareggio Cup crown.
The league finals are to be contested between 31 May and 9 June 2013.
Dates for the Coppa Italia have also been confirmed. Juventus have been given a bye for the preliminary, first and second rounds and will enter the competition at the last-sixteen stage. This is due to be played on 28 November.
Below is a summary of the provisional dates for the domestic trophy:
Preliminary round: 22 and 29 August
First round: 19 September and 3 October
Second round: 31 October and 7 November
Last-sixteen: 28 November and 8 December
Quarter-finals: 15 and 21 December
Semi-finals: 23 and 30 January
Final: 13 and 23 March
