Marco Baroni’s Primavera are set to kick off their new campaign with this afternoon’s friendly outing in Chiusa Pesio.
The Bianconeri youngsters will enjoy their first run-out against a local side from the region. There is great curiosity to see how the new group fares without the ten players selected to join the first-team’s training camp in Val d’Aosta. Baroni is expected to use the opportunity to cast his eye over several new arrivals.
And the number of these has recently increased after Juventus agreed deals for two promising foreign talents.
Danish wide player Jacob Laursen, born 1994, has joined the club on a permanent basis, while Lithuanian midfielder Vykintas Slivka, born 1995, has signed on loan with an option to buy.
