The Primavera will be bidding for their tenth straight league success when they line up against Cagliari in Sardinia on Sunday morning.
Marco Baroni’s side are well placed on all fronts after making it through to the last 16 of the Next Generation Series and took a significant step towards the Coppa Italia final with Wednesday’s 2-0 semi-final first leg win over inter-city rivals Torino.
The Bianconeri youngsters will also be keen to exact revenge over the Rossoblu following September’s shock 5-0 home defeat at Chisola. However, Baroni will once again be without a long list of absentees.
Striker Beltrame, included in Conte’s first team squad for tonight’s meeting with Genoa, joins Branescu, Garcia Tena, Untersee, Emmauello and Padovan on the sidelines.
The Primavera coach will, however, be boosted by the return of quartet Rugani, Schiavone, Kabashi and Gagliardi.
