The Primavera’s run in the Ruhr Cup has drawn to a close with a 2-0 defeat against Werder Bremen.
Although the results – three draws and two defeats - may not have necessarily gone in the Bianconeri’s favour, Marco Baroni will take plenty of encouragement from his team’s overall display ahead of the prestigious NextGen Series tournament, due to commence at the end of August.
Juventus have been drawn alongside Paris Saint-Germain, Fenerbache and Manchester City in the initial group stage.
