Quality youth coach for Juve should be a big priority for a club thats so poor at producing players for senior team. As far as I know Tacchinardi is just a popular former player who has been been commentating here or there. Haven't heard anything about him coaching to call it a good choice, youth teams are were coaches get their starts mostly, but it makes him unknown quality not good choice per automatum.

Its a youth team, youre supposed to give it to some rookie coach to make him gain experience for a serious job later. We shouldnt only look to produce players but coaches also. We made Grosso into a wanted coach, we will (try to) do the same with Alessio

Same was said about his predecessor Ravanelli, shame things didn't quite work out for him at Ajaccio perhaps Grosso felt it was too much too soon and in fairness to Grosso before this season he wasn't all that great
