What I truly don't understand how in Euro soccer a player can be so good for one team and then become a flop with just changing leagues? Or even just changing teams in same league. Maybe it explains to me why so much transferring out players in such a short period of time after acquiring them.

He's not a flop due to his performance but the constant injuries. When he was fit he was playing well.

Yes, he was even very good at the start, injuries ruined his performances.
But to go to an interview and say things like this when everything for him there is falling apart is just stupid

12m net (~22m gross) is considered very high in the pl too. that's around 18.5m gbp.

top 25 looks like this:

yeah on his current wages dusko would be top3 earner in the pl lol #wearesorich

so no, pl clubs aren't easily paying this amount to anyone
wtf is Kai Havertz the highest earner at Arsenal followed by Gabriel Jesus? More than Odegaard and Rice

They should totally buy Vlahovic

He is a flop and would have flopped here too.

Bullet dodged and lesson learnt.
I wouldn’t be so sure. :D

The loan plus option/obligation for him will be the ‘opportunity’ we’ve been waiting for, most likely happening within max a year or two from now tops.

Holy fuck my mind is blown at that Haaland 9 and a half year contract.

Man City really are taking the piss. They're laughing at the PL. I wonder what off-the-books bonuses he will be receiving too.

9.5 years (~ 115 months) "fuck you" contract hahahahaha

Why would you give a player a contract that long? This some cooking the book fuckery?

Not that it matters, they can cheat however they want anyway and get away with it.

I can 100% see it happening for sure

And he will continue to be injury-prone and disappointing here too. Just to continue our tradition of having most of our players spent the majority of our time in JMedical.

I thought the premier league put a cap on contract length after the shit Chelsea pulled with all those new players on ridiculously long deals to reduce amortisation. Maybe I’m misremembering.

In a few years it’ll come to light that JMedical is actually a healthcare startup in stealth mode and all these injured players are human experiments.

You said this as a joke but if you read the about us section of j medical website… well you aren’t far off. They do experiments for medications and recovery . I’m not joking

If you think I’m joking check their staff section. They have way too many staff for a football club because they are full lab/hospital/clinic first and a j medical facility second
