Juve, Milan, inter, Real, Barcelona, Bayern, ManU, Pool are the top8, Ajax and Benfica too if you want to make it a top10 (though their leagues became irrelevant in the last decade or so, so their greatness decreased on an European level). Arsenal is in the top 20, but still bellow Porto, PSV, Marseille and even Feyenoord I'd say

To me Dortmund is also bigger than Arsenal. They won trophies international and have been to one more final in CL. Not like Dortmund deserves to be among the elites, far from. But they are bigger than Arsenal.

Their history is great, but to me they are no longer among the giants. A step or two below would fit them better.

In terms of history overall they have to be up there. Doesnt matter how long they went 5 CL is too much to ignore.
