If you watched til end, him and that little kid :touched: Thats litterally what football is all about. Departing hard nosed humble argies making grown men cry insame in same week, Zabaleta and Ginobili.

Thats what I mean, the connection to the fans, not stature of their careers, but hardworking foreign players become legends to diehard fans.

Let's discuss this, shouldn't sanchez goal ruled out as offside? It began with a lobbed pass to an offside arsenal player, then headed away by a chelsea player, sanchez picked it up and lobbed it again to the same offside arsenal player, but he never touched it, only for sanchez to pick up his own lobbed ball and scored the goal, besides the alleged handball.

But the important aspect is, there were 2 offsides prior to the goal, perhaps a strict interpretation of the rule is correct to allow the goal, but in the perspective of the defenders those 2 offsides confused and obstructed them from defending, I think it's not fair to the defenders.

The owner looked like he was going to have a stroke during the game :D

Fair play. Must be nice to have competent owners with some kind of strategy to improve the club.

He brought Wagner in by chance. Huge credit to wagner. Infact he's done a tremendous job in guiding a mid table team to the premier league. Towns football suits the premier league as well. It's fast paced, exciting brainless football. Either way it's a day to be proud. :touched:

I dont think this rule is good at all tbh, with or without VAR
Exactly.

An attacker just being in the proximity of the defender is already interfering with play because psychologically the defender is aware he is there and has to adjust to him being offside and coming back onside which is altering his decision making and thinking process.
