Well I don't see him going over to US and not playing, if he's there, I would expect him to play in the supercoppa.

Oded, I know he was ok against Real, but awful against Man U in the delle alpi. The physical style and quick pace of the english game doesn't suit him at all.

don't blame him for being terrible against Man Utd. all they players were awful in that game.
he can play well against english team. he played well against them 4 years ago and if he played good vs Real Madrid he can play good against every team

4 years ago is ages. He's older now, less match fit and slower. Playing well against Real Madrid id not the ultimate for a central midfielder. IF a defender plays well against them its something special, but Real's central midfield has Makelele and either Guti (out of position) or Flavio (crap) so its not so tough as facing an on song Keane/Veron partnership for example

Only two will play against Milan barring a ridiculous ultra defensive team with three DMs, so why can't say Maresca - Appiah play this one, then revert to the old Tacchi - Davids combo against Milan

Against Barca that`s how we played. Appiah being on the wing running like a mad man all over the pitch. That guy has alot of stamina, nearly as much as Davids.

yeah. what is more funny is that during the game, when someone scores a goal (not someone like del piero or nedved), everyone yells his name and say he's a hero . but after 3 days they'r criticizing him again

and the match is that late because its at 8pm local/eastern time, not like sunday one that was at 4 pm eastern time and 6pm local time
