The 2nd Generation PS3's had software emulation my friend. There was a list on playstation.com that showed youwhich ones could be played. The problem with the emulation software though, was that some of the games were very glitchy

Game play is slick and it's reverted back to the classic button controls rather than the analog punching from the last two.
