1) You have to pay to be online.
2) Graphics are not as good.
3) GPU failure rate is 22%.
4) It's made by Microsoft.
5) My mom hates me.
6) Inability to easily transfer files between multi-source inputs.
7) Mr. T says so.
8) Non-user-friendly interface. (opinion)
9) My dad hates my mom.
10) Online games are more easily downloaded on the PS3, and cheaper.
11) No necessary subscription to do anything online.
12) I hate myself.
13) X-Box 360 is fo' de gays.
My opinions are based on over 500 days of owning a 360, and 17 days of owning a PS3.

sorry but i'm going to ruin it for you, basically, in the end, snake reveals that darth vader was in fact his father (not big boss) and his real name is darth snake, meryl actually turns out to be a man, raiden is actually gay and takes it up the bum and enjoys it, big mama was a 34DD, the patriots were in fact massimo moratti, zlatan, james bond, tony blair, molinaro, bumble bee man from the simpsons and batman (it was all a setup) and liquid ocelot was just 'pretending'
