not a lot will stay obviously.there are 2 players that i think will definitley stay ie pessoto and birindelli.other than those two,ive got a feeling that nedved and thuram MIGHT stay because they're at the twilight of the careers, even though ending their careers with a topflight team would be tempting,i think they've got enough juvnetus blood in their system to end their careers with juventus in the serie B by helping them getting promotion.

ive got doubts about del piero staying tbh.yes,he's our most loyal player, yes he's a juventino to the bone, and yes,he bleeds black and white.but you're talking about a player who's said that he might consider a new adventure in his career.im not sure if playing in the serie B is the adventure he' looking for.so ive got doubts about wether he'll be with us next season or not.

other than these 4-5 players,i dont think any of the others will stay sadly.

Time to put our youth system to good use. At least they will not be wasted if we r really demoted. It is not the end of the world yet. I'm interested to see how the youth team turns out to be.

Haa!! A good question, the fact is I cannnot answer because there is a big difference between demotion to Serie B and Serie C. Well to Serie C, I see a lot, and I mean A LOT of players leaving but to Serie B I think many will stay.

we cant be demoted to serie C i think.i read an article in a local newspaper that if we are found guilty of fixing matches directly, then we'll be demoted to serie B.and if we're found guilty of fixing matches indirectly then we'll be stripped off the title but we'll remain in serie A.i couldnt figure out the difference in fixing matches directly and indirectly though.

Word on the street says Serie C1 is the destination.

If the club was only demoted to Serie B, someone might be clever, and farm the top earners out on one year loans. If the core retained was strong enough to be promoted (presumably very likely), then the first team squad would be recalled from loan at the end of the season!

I feel Outraged, let down, furious with the football world, but especially with our club, Juventus, and its top managers Antonio Giraudo and Luciano Moggi, and goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon. Everyone wants to understand how far the situation has gone. In Turin's streets and bars, everyone wonders "how on earth did it go so far? People such as Moggi, Giraudo, Buffon earn in 1 year what people like us don't earn in a lifetime. They should start living with the wage of a worker, a retired person, an employee. They took away our dream of football, a clean football". The people feel a mixture of rage, astonishment and delusion. The most frequent phrase here is 'turn the page'. "Change men and methods, not only at Juventus, but in the entire football world. We must remove all that is rotten. We're sick and tired of fraudsters and cheaters - say some senior citizens - from the football world to the Cirio and Parmalat crashed. These people were depicted as top-notch managers on our papers". Nobody even mentions the word 'champioship', everyone wonders if the 41 people under investigation will become more, if other teams, aside Juventus, AC Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio are involved. They wonder what will happen to Buffon and Moggi after they is heard by the attorneys. Nobody excuses anyone.

Exactly what I was thinking, but this plan will not work at all if the demotion was to Serie C.

axlrose, Fiorentina were demoted to Serie C when they went bankrupt.

jus flickin thru history....if we are found guilty of directly fixin matches...will this be the first time we are out of serie A?

Yes it would, and what a way to get demoted. Suppose its the only way they can relegate us. Didnt this happen to Milan years ago? Match fixing im sure they did.
