And I have no problem with plastic surgery. If it makes someone feel better and more confident than more power to him. I would personaly have plastic surgery if needed, nothing wrong with it IMO.

If you can afford it and it makes you feel better about yourself, then why not... Each to his own...

If your sure its what you want, get it done... make sure you get a first class surgeon... If you go cheap and it gets fvcked up... it will ruin your life.
