They could do all the strength and conditioning in the world, they won't get much faster. Players like Amauri and Diego would be very fit. By now they would have done more pre season trainings then you can count on both hands, they've played at least a game a week + training most of their careers. If they're not quick now, they'll never be. If we want pace we have to buy pace. Amauri's vertical leap isn't bad though.
