And a loss of money because we parted ways with our first GK who was still quite capable to be our first gollie, or second behind Perin.

We can do this all day bro.
That was already included, pal.

Di Gregorio costs us 4 this season + 2,5 in salary = the 6,5 Szczesny makes. We agreed a pay-off of 4mil payable in 2 years. So assuming it's an even split; that's 2 mil.

And what happens in 2025 and 2026?

That's a different matter. We pay 16 (?) in total to Monza? And 2 to Szczesny once? And a yearly 2,5 to Di Gregorio. Let's not forget to mention we needed a goalie anyway then since Szczesny's contract was ending in 2025.

Yeah, and we couldn't at all extend Tek in 2025 for small money like we did with Buffon when he got older (and in that way still keep the quality and experience while we solve pressing issues this year and next year).

C'mon. We're still without 4 quality starters for first game on Monday (RW, AM, LW, CB). And here I'm talking about Koop level of quality.

We tried to extend Szczesny's contract with a downgrade in salary and he refused. Maybe he would've taken one next season, maybe he wouldn't have. That will always be a mystery.

It's also a common theory here that players get more expensive when selling clubs / players' agents know you def need someone. Take from that what you will.

I'm not ignoring the fact we're way too thin. That IS a fact. Do you think those 2 million would've gotten us the much needed depth?

In South America, with a strategy and a plan, yes.

But I heard our sporting director doesn't operate in South America.

You know there's a limited non-EU player rule, right? Only one player and one extra if you sell a non-EU players yourself.

Adzic, who might not be shit since he's young and his time is still to come, but most definitely not yet good enough to be part of Juve A roster.
So, am I right you want to buy young players from South-America but are not happy with Adzic? Are all those obscure South-Americans Juve A ready?

Never said they have to be young.
Ok, so young or not so young unknown (because else they're also overpriced) South-Americans that are Juve A quality. I'd love that but that's limited to one and I don't think that's something that would be succesful regularly. We should def try those gambles when we have a bit of wiggling space in our budget but the last one that comes to mind was Kaio Jorge...

I must hurry and mention again I'm not happy with our current lack of backups either because someone might see our convo as me being lyrical about Toli and saying we're doing a great job ;)

The patience of #Juventus is starting to wear off regarding Pierre #Kalulu: the bianconero club is expecting by tomorrow a final answer by the #ACMilan defender. If he doesn't have enthusiasm and conviction in adopting the project, it's better to not move forward… [Nicoló Schira]

So the solution is do not buy young cheap promising talents at all? Because esteemed fans like Amer can deem young signings like Adzic to be not good enough without them even playing yet?

If we let Bologna or other Serie A sign him, which several were after him in January, you would cried about why don't we make signings like that. Just like you making vague pleas to sign south American talents.

if he was promising he would not have signed for juve. he would be in bayern, lyon, or dortmund.

So when are we moving for Acerbi when kalulu deal collapses?
Do you remember when I organized a competition for gurus in the summer of 2011? You won, by quite a margin. Amateurs like Mark and enthusiasts like Janna were far far behind you.
It was then when Marotta created the invincible Juve and you guessed most of the transfers, a lot earlier than these wannabe gurus from twitter.

We should organize a new competition next summer and you should take part in it.
