I use a good up to date (especially concerning Juve) option-file (not as 'fancy' as a patch though) for pes5. I could put on my pc and upload it if you want, Bes.

Ah, so that's the problem.

I use an x-port(10 or 20 bucks?), it allows me to transfer savefiles from pc to ps2 and the other way around.

Other way is if you have a modded ps2, you can use discs to update, but i'm not exactly sure how to do that.
