the ammount of laws violated here by storing tape footage of a specific person not related to a criminal investigation if quite large. In fact you can right to the government instructing them to forward your complaint to the data protection commission and by law any business that has footage of you has 1 week to lodge an offical police complaint otherwise they must either delete and forward you the footage or just delete it.

Considering the ammount of CCTV in the City, I might just do this to be a dickhead
