Camera's in the bathrooms is fubar. I'm not really sure how that's even remotely justifiable... I get using them at major intersections, and the use of the CCTV cams to dissuade football hooliganism, etc. I don't like it, but I understand there's at least a decently reasonable argument for that... but this is way too intense.

Nothing wrong with a little ePanty raid now and then. :shifty:

And of course perverts are for our safety. Since the homosexual thread was closed... ;)

This post made my night Greg! The guys life is probably in shambles right now, but considering his past actions... well, I guess you reap what you sow.

From what I understood he simply got +10 infraction points. That automatically means a 3 week ban. After that he's free to post and back to 0 negative points.

For example, if I already have 2 red cards (8 negative points) and you have only 1 red card (4 negative points) and if we both start a fight, insult eachother and get a red card, then you won't be banned because you still won't have 10 negative points, while I will be banned for 3 weeks because I crossed the limit.

From what those who were involved in the fight say, they all got a red card for the insults, just that JBF couldn't afford another red card.

They have done this in a few schools over here. But only when the scum continually trash the toilletes and they gotta stop it happening. You guys in the US have no real right complaining about video cameras when we have the most per square miles than anywhere else in the world in the UK, bearing in mind how much of the UK is countryside. It doesn't really bother me about cctv, i dont agree that the gvt are using it to watch me, what reason do they have to watch me? I don't do anything wrong and if you are guilty of wrong doing then fuck it, its your fault.

Don't worry Jasp, thanks to CCTV the "experts" can like you too:andyandbarcelona:

As creepy as this whole incident is I can't help but think that it would have been pretty amusing if they had hidden cameras in the bathrooms at my high school. Oh the things they would have seen...

the experts that are using their expertise to conclude on what actions to take after they are looking at your activities in the washroom
Im fairly sure that the main conclusions they will get too with that are - men stand up to piss, men sit down to shit, girls sit down to do both. Sure its infringing on civil liberties but some people may not know how basic anatomy works.

My bad meant Convention on Rights of the Child

not verbatum but

children have the right to express their opinions and to have those opinions heard and acted upon when appropriate, to be protected from abuse or exploitation, to have their privacy protected and requires that their lives not be subject to excessive interference.

Ratified by both the UK and an informing Document of the ECHC to which the UK is party.

The cameras that they used in the schools over here did not point at any facilities, they were at the doors and wash basins so they could monitor who was in there at the times of damages and app it worked and they took down the cameras. It was on the news. The only invasion of privacy was in the mind of the child, the case that andy has presented appears to be very different, i still dont see the point in why they have put them up.

They have a right to pursue their rights with regard to others if you get my drift. The right to a stable life etc etc. The have both the right to recieve a positive and proactive educational experience and to feel safe in doing so, if the Kids consider it a violation then it is.

And that's the Laaaawwww
