‍♀️ Paulo #Dybala was heard yesterday by the Guardia di Finanza (financial police) and could risk a one-month suspension.

The heart of the questions to the #Roma star, who was accompanied by the lawyers of the club, was about his period at #Juve and more specifically revolved around 3M€: a number that the investigators would like to know if it was paid or not by the bianconeri to the Argentinian playmaker and on what basis. It all started from an advanced claim for compensation by the lawyer of the player to #Juve in May, after the negotiation for the renewal ended: #Dybala would have been deluded and asked for the compensation, which would be given at the end of the exchange – we are in Sept 2022, when Paulo was already with #Roma for 2 months – a proposal for compensation of 3M€ for pre-contractual liability, which #Juventus inserted in the new balance sheet as a risk fund.

A number that because of its nature would have made the prosecutors suspicious. Because it's very clause to the 3.783M€ that the bianconeri and #Dybala would have agreed in 2021 to spread over the subsequent seasons.
