The term legend is thrown around way too easy.

Dybala’s legacy here is of a player who never fullfilled his potential. Even his biggest fans agree with that.

To classify Dybala as a legend is an insult to Del Piero, Buffon, Chiellini, Scirea, Boniperti etc. He’s not in that bracket whatsoever.
Obviously not legend.

He scored a lot of goals but he leaves with the image of someone who faded after a few good years and never came back. Buffon del piero Trez, all were different kind of legends IMO.

If he is a legend then the standard of legends has gone to shit with this new generation of fans.

Conte has like 450 appearances for Juve and he isn't even considered a legend. Allegri is a legend here though.

WTF are you on about? He's in the top 10 all-time scorers list. If we judged legends by the standards of Del Piero, Buffon, Chiellini, Boniperti and Scirea, then only those 5 would be legends.

In that case, both Pirlo and Mandzukic don't deserve to be legends.

no. he’s a trash mediocre overrated player been saying it since day 1 saviola 2.0
Bas ya Mitnak.

I still love you though

So why Ronaldo is not on Legend section? he scored 101 goals for us in 134 games. 14 more goals in 293 games makes Dybala a legend?
Fuck Rodildo.

Absolute BS.

Pirlo was one of the main contributors pulling this club out the mud making it a domestic dynasty.

Mandzukic one of the main contributors elevating this club to a perennial CL contender. He had half the talent of Dybala but 200x the heart. Same goes for players like Lichtsteiner.

The fall of this club was adding more soyboys like Dybala instead of men willing to die for the shirt like Mandzukic.

So Dybala, the guy supposedly in his prime years the majority of fans want to F off is supposed to be a legend? Lmao.

Majority where exactly? On Tuz? Fuck Tuz.

Sorry to break it to you, but Pirlo is and will always be a Milan legend first and foremost - we got him at the tail-end of his career.

Mandzukic was a solid contributor but a legend because of heart? Might as well start giving players participation medals and putting them in the legends section.

If we are talking about individual accomplishments and team accomplishments, Dybala deserves to be a legend, for what he has done and what he has won with us. It shouldn't even be a discussion (unless he defects to Inter, in which case we can rescind that legendary status).

Too many emotional divas on this forum who lack perspective.

Dybala ticks every box necessary to be considered a club legend.

1. He spent 7 prime years at the club.

2. He won 13 trophies with the club and was a key contributor in the vast majority of them.

3. He scored 115 goals for Juventus (top 10 all time)

4. He was our best attacking player in numerous seasons. 2015/16 and 2017/18 for sure, 2016/17 and 2019/20 arguable.

Take off your emotional goggles and learn to analyze objectively.

Dybala is not a legend, he is a club champion. Legend status goes to the likes of ADP, buffon and of course Chiellini.

I wish him all the best no matter where he goes. I'll miss the fully fit, in form on field dybala who showed class and was able to change games off his own boot.

What define legend status for Juve players?
Total trophies? appearances? years spent? individual achievements in Serie A? UCL achievements?

If we exclude UCL, surely Dybala didn't suck. But if we include UCL, most legends of this club aren't worthy of legend status. Cause the truth is Juve is choker club in continental competition

Explain. I'm confused.

In the past 25 years we have had many champions...but very few can be called legends. Legends play at their best for a very long time...ADP buffon and chiellini for example.
