If Dybala ends up staying, he did earn my respect. It's not easy to stand up to a board who wants to push you out.
Most of us are happy if he stays because we like him. But there's a thin line between "standing up to board" and being "a leechfuck who doesn't know how to not be where he's not wanted" (a la Higuain)

Neither Higuain or Dybala have acted like leeches.

Higuain seems desperate to earn his place this season, anybody can tell that from watching us this preseason.

Dybala has turned down huge wages in the EPL.

I think both would be confident that they can contribute this season for us. It's hardly a Iaquinta/Melo/Amauri situation.

higuain is not a leechfuck. dude is certainly no Amauri, iaquinta.

in case you forgot higuain did leave, he played for two seperate clubs last season( even agreed to go to a terrible milan to try and impress and still has use for us now. rumored he began preseason early desperate to prove himself and play here

This is it, young man. If you are indeed staying, you better put up the results. You now have the type of coach and system that will fit you like a glove.
Is that sarcasm?

How does he fit?

Sarri plays 433 with a big number 9, a regista and two central mids - where do you see Dybala in that??

And don't get me wrong i am all for him staying, in fact I don't care if Sarri gets the players he needs or not - Sarri should be a temp option until someone like Klopp or Zidane are free - till then he shouldn't be allowed to destroy the team as hs will still fail in Europe.

I don't think Higuain is a leech, but I'm sure some who want him gone would say so. Point is, as in the examples of Amauri and Iaquinta, the difference is that the fans wanted them gone.

I think the difference is that guys like Amauri and Iaquinta seemed happy to sit around and contribute nothing to the squad. They would happily not play, sit in the stands and collect their salary.

I don't think any rational Juve fan could say that there has been any evidence that Higuain or Dybala are happy to do that. Of course, if they did fans would be justified to say that.

Okay, let's say it was Bonucci instead of Dybala who refused to move to United, most of us would hate him even more for it

How tall is Dries Mertens when he scored over 30 goals as a #9?

Higuain several years ago was one of the best forwards in the world, definitely in the top 5. Dybala was considered Messi's heir and that was for a reason; even though he had quite a bad season, he's got an incredible talent.

Both these players seemed lost and lacked motivation last year. But now both of them seem highly motivated and determined to play for this team in the coming season. That's the best type of mindsets the club can ask for.

It would be wrong to sell any of them in these circumstances. Mandzukic to Man Utd - ok, I'm even kind of excited to see him in EPL, because he will show them something, that's for sure. Kean to Everton - not great, not terrible.

But don't sell Dybala and Higuain. Let them prove what they want to prove.

Fabio Paratici has returned to United's HQ in London. Federico Pastorello, Lukaku's agent, is also there.Paratici has not given hope of signing Lukaku [SportItalia]

He’s a parasite along with Agnelli’s glove puppet Nedved, why do you think Alex is no longer part of the current fabric.........because he’s no YES MAN?
