Dybala’s performance in his two best seasons for this club (2015/16 and 2017/18) have been just as good as Tevez’s two seasons for us.
Nah. Not even close. Tevez affected the game overall in far more ways. And also was far more consistent, especially in CL.

Dybala's goalscoring has matched Tevez for the most part, but Tevez created a lot more for his teammates, and had a much higher workrate.

I don't really care much about the workrate, it's something I doubt Dybala will ever possess, but I do want him to make some progress in terms of working together with and interplay with his teammates. For whatever reason, outside Mandzukic in that first season, he's never seemed to mesh well with other attackers. Morata, Higuain, Ronaldo, Costa, etc. I find his positioning and offball movement can be really poor at times and same deal with picking out teammates for a pass, although this wasn't entirely his fault in the Higuain era, as Higgy was terrible moving off-ball while here, and was slow as heck in terms of first step. With Ronaldo, I'd like to see Dybala take the creative side of his game up a notch this year. He'll be unstoppable if he does that.

Tevez was best striker this club had in this century.
It was like he was just made fo our club.
God how much enjoyed those two seasons with Carlitos up front.
I would even sell Ronlado to have a 25 years old Carlitos

Maybe he doesn't EVER become the SUPERSTAR most want him to be for Juve, but so much talent in him that I sure hope if he leaves he NEVER becomes that SUPERSTAR for some other team. Unless of course Juve wins the CL without him!

Dybala has scored 72 goals for us in little over 3 years. Those are superb numbers, especially for someone who doesn't play as a striker. He's not someone who will score as many goals as Ronaldo, but that doesn't mean that he's not a superstar for our team.

He's consistently been one of our key players since he joined us in 2015.

Nedved, I see your point and but lots of posters here consider him such an underachiever and their definition of superstar is different from what you or I might think. God forbid we somehow let him go to fund a Pobga transfer. Now's there an equally talented player like Dybala who in my opinion will be a overpaid cancer for this team. Yes, Juve might need MF help, but please not him.

If we sell Dybala, the only options we'd have for striker are a 33 year old Mandzukic and 34 year old Ronaldo. Ronaldo is not a striker (he's better in a free role). Mandzukic has been gradually declining since mid-2017. Then we would probably have to spend another 100m on a top striker (likely Icardi or maybe even Lukaku). It would be a disastrous move.

icardi has scored 97 goals+ 21 assits (118 influence moments totals) in last 145 league matches for inter. he scored 29 goals last season, and 24 year before.

he absolutely is worth 100+ million. if he is this good playing for a terrible team like inter, he would score 40+ goals in juve. we should be getting him even if dyblol stays.

you don;t have to like him, but he is a world class striker
