If say he is sold who would be the face of the team? Dybala plays an important role in the marketing of this club
When we sold Paul we had Dybala so there was still a brand face

I don't see it happening now that I think about it

When is he sold yet ?

We need to improve this team
You want Mandzukic to start on the left wing to "balance the team" and yet you want Dybala sold. It's natural for us humans to prefer hard working average footballers more than naturally talented freaks. They make us believe that we too can achieve anything if we just try hard enough. That's OK, one day you will learn to acknowledge those who are naturally superior to you.

Dybala is like Isco, he needs to get between the lines of the enemy team and get into the gaps they leave for that he needs movement and pace around him, our tactics are too pragmatic in attack and the movement is slow and predictable

Allegri will not be able to get the best out of him but perhaps selling Higuain will free him up more and allow him to play false 9 or CF which he is more than capable of if you give him the right conditions to play in

Higuain seemed sensible at the time but I think it has hurt us more in the long run signing him

Yep.

Let's sell a 24 year old who scored 26 goals so far because he doesn't fit Allegri's tactics.

Mind you, 26 goals. All while not fitting the coach's tactics.

Oh, and because we are fucking retarded too. Because I am SURE that we could find another 24 year old with his skills at the comparable price that we paid for him 3 years ago.
@Hustini.

THIS is why. You wanted to know why. Here you go.

What did I tell you about the state of the forum? Nailed it.

I see why you do what you do.
I already knew how things were. You just can't have a healthy debate anymore without being called stupid, a peasant, an apologist, etc......

Nor can you be even keeled , and try to see things from both sides to come to a conclusion.

Nobody respects anyone's opinion. If the forum was like this 15 years ago, I never would have joined.

My time here is now talking music with @Osman, bitching about the NFL draft, and talking basketball with @alc.

I mean, :howler: what the fuck

That being said, if we sell Dybala we are retarded.

He is more valuable to us than any amount of fee we can get.

This kid gets it as far as what being part of this club means. Alvaro still gets it, 2 years removed.

You need players like that.

I'd rather Allegri finds something that works with Dybala than something that works for Higuain, if I have to make a choice.

And this is coming from someone who loves Gonzalo, and has said nary a bad word about him.

:howler: Ridiculous, right? Apparently, some think it's the right and logical thing to do. When a team like ours, one that possesses a limited budget and plays in a declining league, has a player like Dybala, we should do all we can to hold onto him. We can't and won't get any better; it's delusional to believe otherwise.
