I don't understand why people keep mentioning Barcelona as a benchmark. They're clearly not top of the pop anymore. Ironically, they've become what Real used to be. A good team which is vastly overrated among experts.

If Dybala was to leave, Barca would have been the obvious favourites to sign him. But seeing as Barca traditionally play with a front 3, now that they already have 3 top class forwards it's unlikely they'll go for Dybala (unless Messi leaves, then we're fucked).
However there are other teams in Europe Paulo might fancy to be transfered to.

They are good but not as good as people think. It's mostly our fucked up second half in the final.

We surely were dead in the second half, but Real is still the best team. They treated us like we use to tread teams in Serie A. Our most important attacking players played too much last season. But our attacking line is great this season. Midfield and defense is worrying, though.

BTW Paulo was missed used for at least half season cuz Max was experimenting and a lot of them didn't quite work like Paulo starting very deep, Pipa SS, Asa CM and go and go till he found Mandzo the winger
