I never claimed that, the good people of this forum said he was better than Messi nor Del Piero, I said he is compared to those two, while he shouldn't be. He should be seen as his own entity, and let him forge his own identity. You guys are desperate to come back to the top and I understand that. I have been there too. However resting your hopes and dreams on this youth's little shoulders might be too much, had you kept Morata+Pogba/Vidal and signed Higuain, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

He can't do it all by himself. He needs adequate support. If you have 2 or 3 more players of Dybala's quality across the pitch then you would be doing better. I hope you guys win the CL if we don't btw.

As for Dybala being a top player? He absolutely is! However posters here, and his fans naturally amplify his potential.
