It's when you tone things down that you tend to get injured.

Engaging gets you less hurt than shying away and the other player coming into you harder. Plus its extremely hard to change the way you play and turn it on/off on command

Hmm ok so engaging mindlessly against dirty players in meaningless matches like espanol is how you avoid injuries got it, live and learn....

To me we need real quality CDM who can Cover at CAM, cover at all of the mid positions. Cover at the back. Very deep squad.

Have you ever played the game? Sometimes avoiding the defenders lets them com in harder to you than if your going shoulder to shoulder.
Look up worst tackles and most are when the player is moving away from defenders and not running straight with them.
