Honestly, he's obviously a good player and a starter in the current squad.
But he's too flawed to become something great or really special IMO. His right foot is worse than Chiellini's, and his lack of acceleration is almost weird for a guy so thin and light like him.

Also, judging acceleration in such conditions is foolhardy
As for his weak foot, plenty of great players have or had a terrible weak foot

Rain soaked fields and poor conditions usually don't favour skill players. Look at Berardi today... Completely invisible aside from getting Chiello sent off. Cuadrado was terrible. Morata did nothing when he came on. Sassuolo didn't create anything and scored from a free kick. This was the type of pitch and conditions where willpower and determination are needed and our "grinta" players shat the bed. Mandzukic didn't press, Chiello got sent off, Sturaro played like shit.
If you're asking why we paid 40 mil? He has 5 goals and 2 assists in under a quarter season at 21 years old. On pace for 20 goals and 8-10 assists if his, probably more if his teammates learn how to finish.

Expecting him at 21 with 1 Serie A season under his belt and without a proper midfield to carry the team on his shoulders week in week out is crazy talk. I guess even Tevez would struggle with that midfield behind him.
He is very talented but needs time, a proper functioning team and to be eased in to the first team. He is getting a baptism of fucking lava at the moment. Pogba has been here for 2 seasons and is not coping well with this new team. If dybala can carry the team weak in weak out with this midfield then we have found ourselves the new Messi.

Isn't Pogba supposed to be the bigger game changer? He is coping far worse and he has much more experience with Juve and in general than Dybala does.
He is very talented but needs time, a proper functioning team and to be eased in to the first team. He is getting a baptism of fucking lava at the moment.
