I have a feeling he'll be underachieving in his first season, at least in his first 6 months. Club and fans need to be patient with this kid and never put excessive pressure on him. If his first season concludes as a decent one, he'll start beasting gradually.

I think.

Morata got injured early, missed pre-season and was not fully fit until mid September. That really delayed his integration in the team and it took him until January to really pick up form.

I think Dybala could have an impact much earlier if he stays fit.

Oh yeah the missed pre-season didn't help, but there was no way Allegri was going to start him over Llorente who had had a very good season for us in 2013-14. It was gradual, he gave him 5 mins, 10-15 mins, 20 mins for the first few games then increased his game time as Nando's form waned and Morata's improved enough until he eventually took the starting spot in our lineup.

Yep, but with Tevez gone, we need to start Dybala from the beginning.
