Welcome Paulo! Can't wait to see him in the lineup, we've got some serious talent up top -- going to be a lot of fun to watch!

Wish we knew what those bonuses were.

He definitely has a lot of talent, and a lot of potential, he's silky smooth with the ball and great to watch. Hefty price tag, but hopefully he lives up to it. All the best Paulo!

Zamparini row with Dybala agent
By Football Italia staff

Paulo Dybala joined Juventus today, but an ugly row broke out between his agent and Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini.

The transfer was completed for €32m, plus a further €8m in performance-related bonuses.

“Last night the President of Palermo, Maurizio Zamparini, finally paid off the debt he had with Paulo Dybala’s family and today the Argentine has to all intents become a Juventus player,” wrote agent Gustavo Mascardi on his Facebook page.

“I hope that one day the Rosanero President can retract all his lies about me. I also hope he will finally pay off the transfer, because strangely he has sold the player, but not yet paid the original fee.

“This is more corruption that needs to disappear from football. We hope the fresh air from new FIFA directors can sort this out.

“Competing thanks to a top player without actually paying for him is an unacceptable advantage in sport. The last Serie A season had this illegitimacy about it (and that’s not a small matter.”

This evening Zamparini released a statement via the official Palermo website.

“With reference to comments made today by Mr Mascardi, I can confirm he speaks without reason or authority.

“Palermo never had any debt with the Dybala family, as instead the club was the victim of blackmail and strange behaviour from many sides, which is and will continue to be evaluated by the authorities.

“Mr Mascardi once again missed the opportunity to shut up and avoid looking stupid.”

Smart move, going to get all our new bandwagon fans to buy Dybala jerseys! Ive been trying to get all my friends to jump on the Juve wagon now as many of them watch soccer but dont support any particular team.
