No, you're just a blind Dybarbie fanboy.

Financially, it's arguably a worse deal than Rabiot and Ramsey. I would not give a contract worth €15M net with bonuses for a player who is not dependable, not durable and most importantly, mentally fragile.

The whole idea of giving such a lucrative contract based on his past achievements is ridiculous in itself. Have we not learnt from the Khedira fiasco already?
I never said it's a good deal, but comparing it to the deals for those two fucks is preposterous.

I don't think anyone is going to offer him 15 million (only PSG, and I doubt he wants to go there or that they're interested).

Your mistake is exactly the comparison. Those duds are already on their way out, they just don't know it yet. We failed to offload them but eventually they'll end up on the chopping block, that's where they belong. We all know it's impossible to sell so many player's in one Summer though.

New salary policy is for sure needed and it needs to be applied, even if it takes a while to implement it.

Personally I'd offer dybala a 4 year contract 8m +2m bonuses -take it or leave it. He's not that young anymore and it's highly improbable that he's capable of any further growth, physically he looks pretty bad, even after his perfect pre season preparation.
I think the club needs to looks at it from opportunity cost point of view. If they give him a massive and long contract, there will be much less strength to buy quality on the market.

Yep.

Dybala has peaked. We know this is the level he will ever be. He is at the age he would have exploded by now. He had that shock factor when he joined but never much more than that.

He is good. That’s it. Not even close to greatness. We gave him the 10 and never quit lived up to the history of that number.

Let's wait for the deal to be done, only then will we know the full details.

€10m plus easy bonuses for this guy...yikes. Did Paratici sneak through the back door?

He's got a lot of talent and considerable history but I'd be surprised if we can build the next 5 years with him as our leader in attack, he's just so lacking in character.
I think the team as a whole lacks character and doesn't have an identity anymore. Dybala can be part of a rebuild, which includes many leaders across all areas..but we are far from that. I agree the 10m plus easy bonuses seems too high and that's why I question the figures from the media.

I certainly don't want him to walk for free, but I also don't want to overpay him either.

10m bonus included take it or leave it, and I am a fan of Dybala.
Even if he walks for free what we save on not giving him what he wants (~20m gross) can get us a quality forward.
