35M player for cometition?! i dont think so
Why not? This is exactly what it is. Morata is probably worth 35 mil... Dybala is worth 35 mil... and Tevez is currently a top 10 forward in the world. Playing in 3 competitions, against different types of teams, we have more than enough matches to get all of these players 30+ matches next season, even if all 3 are rarely on the pitch at the same time.

There will be occasions where we could drop Tevez or Dybala into the Treq role behind the other two, matches where we are chasing a goal, or matches where we want a very high octane, centralized attack... but rotation of top strikers is a good thing. A very good thing.

The money being paid for Dybala is an INVESTMENT rather than paying for what he is worth right now.Think of it as an investment and stop bitching about the price. He's only 21 for gods sake.Imagine the things he could do if he explodes here which is a big possibility considering the stable environment at Juventus.if that proves to be the case, the price will be looked at as a bargain in a few yrs.

:agree:

If we can hold onto Pogba and Morata, and Dybala explodes here (along with Morata's continued growth)... We have a core of world class players in those 3 for years to come. Keeping them likely depends upon continued European success... but this could be the start of something very big for Juventus.

So.

I guess that leaves us with our next order of business.

Morata, Tevez, & Dybala.

wat do? @Lion
start morata and tevez, give dybala the morata treatment. He can either start from the bench and fight his way as a starter or sit a learn for a year before taking over when tevez goes back home. dude is stil 21.

Report: Juve agree Dybala terms
By Football Italia staff

Multiple reports claim Juventus have agreed terms with Palermo and Paulo Dybala’s agent for a five-year contract.

Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini confirmed to Adnkronos today that Juve and Milan had met his demands for the forward, which between cash, bonuses and players in exchange will reach €40m.

Juventus representatives met with agent Pierpaolo Triulzi today and multiple sources – including Sky Sport Italia, Sport Mediaset and Calciomercato.com – claim a deal has been struck.

It’ll be a five-year contract worth €2.2m per season plus performance-related bonuses that would take it to €2.9m.

The sum will rise each year until eventually reaching €3m plus bonuses.

but messi and neymar both play wide and are world class there. these is a dirrence between playing wide decently and being good.

you dont want to waste your 2 top strikers playing them wide when u want them in the center or in the box. might as well get a winger then
Neymar, Suarez and Messi are way more comfortable playing wide than Tevez and Morata. Not sure about Dybala.
Well another good prospect to give Euromax headache, that couldn't be that bad :D
Joke aside, these yr could be the last season we'll see pirlo in our jersey. We could always try 4-3-2-1, with Marchisio as our DM, and vidal back as CM, where he belong.
Personally i think dybala will shine with us, we already prepare our future, to conquer Europe, while keep dominating Serie A, our BOD, Euromax, and Conte ofc, truly deserve all credits.

this.

if he turns out to be worldclass we will have a top striker who can
play like 10 years for us.
its worth the gamble.

At the risk of being quoted for years to come:

I really rate this kid. He's quick, skillful and has an absolute wand of a left foot.

What's more, he's intelligent, unlike Iturbe, El Shaarawy and, dare I say it, Coman.

(I like Coman, he's only 18 and can learn that intelligence, but he is pretty dumb sometimes...)

His right foot could be better, his finishing could be better and he needs to be stronger. But he's only 21. He could seriously explode here.

I don't think he's the new Messi (Messi is a once-in-a-lifetime player), but he's a special talent.

Does that mean Pepe leaving is official?

Ideal scenario would be keeping him in an assistant coaching role or sth, although I could imagine him wanting to play somewhere as a starter.
