Zamp: ’Dybala? €40m or no deal’

Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini warns Juventus and Roma that he won’t accept less than €40m for Paulo Dybala.
The Argentinian forward is believed to be close to a move to the Bianconeri, while Roma are also in the hunt.
However, with teams from outside the peninsula also on his trail, Zamparini warns he doesn’t have to sell his star man on the cheap.
“It’s true, Roma are interested in Dybala,” the Rosanero patron revealed in an interview with laRoma24.
“They haven’t submitted an official offer yet. The Roman club have said that the lad is interesting, and I’ll meet with [Rome director Walter] Sabatini in the coming days, then we’ll see.
“If I don’t get €40m I won’t sell him, he can go abroad. I’ve had some very important offers from abroad.
“The player would prefer to stay in Italy, but obviously he’ll go abroad if they pay more.”
Zamparini did admit, for the first time in public, that he may be willing to accept players as part of any deal.
“Am I only asking for cash? No, there may be some players included in the deal.
“At Roma, for example, I like [Federico] Viviani, the midfielder who is on loan at Latina.”
