Morata, Zaza, Dybala, Coman and maybe a 5th striker is NOT going to happen. Tevez will remain and the 5th striker will also be an older player. Tevez, Morata, Dybala, Coman and 5th (Matri?). Llorente out for Dybala is enough. Tevez could learn Dybala alot within a year, the kid will need to settle a few months so Tevez will be very useful for another year. If Matri is not our 5th, I'm pretty sure it will be Pazzini :spliff:

imagine arsenal gets dybala

and we get giroud of sanogo

lol. you know it is likely
Assuming Arsenal would be willing to part with him (Giroud), then that would be rather satisfactory. What is a realistic price valuation that would be acceptable to those of you on here that would be happy to see him in Black and White. I'm crap at putting valuations on players.

Meanwhile, I would rather our negotiating team worked more strenuously at signing off a deal with part cash, part player offered which would suit Palermo. For me Dybala has to be our first option.

Why Dybala makes sense....
Skill set. What has impressed me the most is not his goal total, but his assists at his age. This kid plays incredibly well around the goal, his head is always up when has the ball at his feet. Morata on the other hand, plays with his head down (drives me nuts sometimes) but is an absolute goal hawk. These two would be an fantastic compliment to each other based on their different styles. Somewhat similar to Tevez and Morata now. In contrast, Morata plays a lot like a younger Falcao, I think their styles may actually clash.
For "unproven" players, the best way to rate them is based on their games versus the best teams in the league. If you watch his games against Roma, Napoli, inter, etc... HE controlled the entire game against some defenders with 7+ years more experience. He had full confidence which is rare at 21. He had a tough game against us, but so has most of Europes best teams, including Real Madrid, over the past three years. This kid plays for Palermo, not exactly talented pieces around him so I do not knock him. Side note... He played a great ball across the 18 against us which should have been finished.

Next, the price. As I read this forum, a lot of you are hung up on transfer costs, but are neglecting wage ramifications. Sure Isco, mata (who both play a different position), Cavani, Falcao, etc would be great, but they would command a $7m - $12m yearly wage . That would cripple any chance of keeping Pogba. With Dybala, we get a confident, young, agressive, kid for a third of that wage. I'd be willing to dish out $30m on transfer for a $3.5m year wage any day. We could realistically keep Pogba with our earnings from all competitions this year and bolster our front. It even gives us flexibility to restructure Pogba for $7m/yr (granted will piss other players off).

You have to look at the big picture... We sell Pogba for $100m ($4m/yr) and we buy 3 good players with that money for $30m each, their combined wages could be close to $21m/yr which is way too much for us. Let's grab Dybala at $30m, keep Pogba , and instead look for new wings with speed that can actually deliver a cross, our current biggest weakness.

By the way, my first post, nice to meet you all.

Juventus recently dissmissed the claim that they offered 35 million. Which should of been obvious due to Marotta's style.

Reports claim that we offered something in the lines of 20-25 million which seems more plausible.

Truth is I don't know much of the kid but based on critics he seems to have the potential to explode. I for one will love another youngster to play along Pogba & Morata. But anything over 25 million will be a huge gamble where there'll be more risk than reward.
