In 2018/19, after a season at Samp, Schick might demote Higuain to bench, sadly Gonzalo is not exactly the perfect athlete, I wouldn't expect him to last until he's 35

Anyway, I'd expect him to be here and an important player until the end of his contract (2021). He'll be 33 then and almost certainly a mostly penalty box striker.
Sampaoli and Dybala, whose would be new Argentina king next year, have a big heart and every player who wanna work hard, and not just be Messi's friend, it would be welcome, including to Bobby P.

Interesting observation. How the hell can he keep looking overweight all through the season, when he playes 90 minutes every 3 days. How fat will he be when he shows up after the summerbreak.
many forwards don't rely on athleticism, but how many strikers can you name that were among the best in the world when they were 31? Did any of them have the kind of problems with eating right that Higuain has? Cassano, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho were half the players when they got seriously overweight. I'm not saying Higuain will be useless if he gains another chin, but he'll surely not be the same player.
higuain does a lot of running and pressing... if he fats up.. his gamepla will go to shd and he will be just in the box waiting for balls.
He will be indeed half the player he is now.... unless we somehow build a team that creates gazillion chances and he woud not need to track back at all
