No, he's literally French / Gabonese. He was called up for the France NT, but refused and did represent France at the youth level which only happens if you have the French nationality.

Are you sure he got a call up for French NT, do you have a source for that? The version I know is he played for French U20 and U21, Gabon did call him up he refused first waiting for French NT, he didn't receive the call up and he took the Gabon call up.
