Preet, isn't the difference between what Juve were accused of doing such as Doping and Calciopoli, et al, more along the lines of a sporting level, whereas what Suazrez did, and has done, is something more along the lines of the act of being human?

With all due respect, I think we are comparing apples and oranges here. What Juve were accused of doing is illegal, yes, I will give you that. But what Suarez has done was sub-human, and to me that is worse.

But that's just me.
could not agree more  stupid comparison which i never initially made.

now that debate on what's acceptable and what's not, what crosses which line and what does not depends entirel on the individual. im all for the 4 month ban on suarez, fine him millions as well and that would be justified. casting him out as a leper, calling him sub-human? suggesting a lifetime ban? i just don't get that

can you count how many times in the day there are posts of clear balant racism on this forum? and to make it easier to narrow it down look at the balotelli jokes, it makes it funny and not racist just because he plays for a club that you guys hate? not saying everyone who makes a joke about him is a racist, i have done it too. what i am saying is you would conviniently let it slide and suarez bites a player and that's suddenly sub-human and unacceptable?

then there is this idiot who starts a debate trying to dish it out like a pro and runs away like a ignorant uneducated pussy when its dished back, i just wanted to wipe the floor with him and not offend anyone else

but im glad this conversation happened because i'd like to see the reaction to this post

For what it's worth, I find the racist remarks sickening, but the difference in that is that players like Balotelli can't help being black. Suarez, on the other hand, well.............................................you know what I mean. I think its much more justifiable to condone things that people can in fact control.

Now, the fact that Balotelli can, and has acted like a total douche at times is certianly fair game, but bringing the color of his skin into it is unecessary

can you give me a few examples?

also i am not justifying what suarez did if u read my post again, i'd even suggest FIFA force him into therapy, the whole point was balo jokes was just one of many examples (on this forum alone) that are horribly worse than what suarez did and i'd like to see someone who disagrees with that

No to be rude, but even when you say you are Ok with the 4 month ban... i fin werid that u treat "a bite" like ....i dont know....something that just happens?. I exxagerated with the term just for the lolz...but Suarez is badshid insane. Thats just not normal.

Uncalled is to be talking about our club`s history because is impossible to defend Suarez. And no, Chiello "breaking bones" or Licht being annoying doesnt compare.
