My opinion is not based on goal ratio. One thing separetes Dzeko from those two. He is not a simple poacher/target man. He has camellike talent and scoring wonder goals too. He just lacks that nose and scum attitude which zlatan has. No way we are getting Neymar btw. Rumours are bullshit. Wrong or not this is just not Juve policy. Since when we're buying 18 years old from Brazil? On the other hand Pastore, like Hamsik is out of reach.
This. I don't have the numbers Alen has, but Dzeko also has a good share of assists to his name. You can't possibly compare him to Gomez, Klose and Toni.. Dzeko is a complete forward. One of few today.

At the moment Dzeko is probably the best option out there for any club who wants a goal machine. IMO he's one of the few strikers in the World who could stay here for 10 years and match Trezeguet's goal record, or even break it.

And at this very moment it's what we need and it's why he'd get my vote.
That's what I'm thinking too.

Neymar would be sweet though...

Oh come on now, of course you can. If you can compare Trezeguet to Amauri, you can compare those folks.

It's laughable to compare them as similar players to Dzeko.

It's like comparing Zarate and Crouch.

Dzeko is not clumsy and has very good technique while at the same time he's good with 1 on 1 and can score goals out of nowhere plus he's not slow.

Toni? Klose? :sergio:

So you'd take Grafite instead of Dzeko?

New jewels on Juventuz if we're really comparing the two of them. Even freakin' Gomez too.

The two of them are awfully limited and Dzeko beats the hell out of both of them as he's better in every single way.
Of course I wouldn't take Grafite over Dzeko. Puh-leeze.

I'm simply putting the numbers into perspective here. Fact is, others have scored 30 goals in a Bundesliga season before. It's a great achievement, but lets not act like we've found another Gerd here.

Klose is fast and can score goals out of nowhere, too. If you can't compare him to Dzeko them the Bosnian stands alone in the world of football, probably higher than Mr. Muller around here.

They were compared because Amauri was shit and played ahead of Trezeguet, not because they were similar players. It's like this, Trezeguet is good at scoring goals, Amauri is good at nothing. So you're not really comparing them because of their abilities, you're comparing them because Amauri is sucking cock and plays ahead of a better performing striker.

No, I'm not saying Dzeko is the best thing since slice bread but I don't think there are many players that can be compared with him simply because he's good when it comes to all aspects of the game, unlike those players who you mentioned. The only (young) striker I'd compare him to would be Benzema, and no other.

I don't think he's a complete Striker he does not create alot for himself for one. I think Neymar has more potential to be a complete forward.
