    Don't understand the question really, but there is a large Nigerian presence there, so we came out in full force.

    What we are seeing is :

    The Nigerian community of NY celebrating Nigeria's Independence Day. The Nigerian community is quite big in NY, so much that, as seen in picture Nr 3, some government officials even made the trip to America to attend the party.
