Chiellini is not exactly muscular (rather thin actually), but he's strong and have prove very difficult for opposing players to knock away the ball from ...

The best place to toughen up will still have to be in Juve .... too bad Criscito is loan out.
yeah i remember Zidane was slim at first

Indeed it does. Its just that even if De Ceglie has to take a big step (and we should give him time), it wont be as big as Criscito tried to, due to the difference in and burden of the positions. And the fact he has little to no competition in that his only competition is Molinaro.
If we dont buy an LB, and it looks quite likely we wont, I think its a positive sign of what the management and Ranieri thinks of De Ceglies quality, to trust enough to take that risk. Because they already seen and know Molinaro, and would have undoubtly signed a fullback if they had thought De Ceglie wouldnt be enough.
I knew that this guy would make sense one day:oops:
I dream of De Ceglie as starting LB so that i dont have to see Molinaro anymore.
:agree:
so guys after all the stuff you have seen you think de ceglie is a LB or a LM???but as far as i know ranieri is gonna use him as a sub og Molinaro is the left of our defence
I think that he will start as a sub, then slowly take Molinaro's place and would fit any gaps Neddy and Giovinco cant fill.
He may start as a LM at his first games, due to our lack of players there.

To be honest, I dont think he's good but I dont think he's as bad as he's made out to be
Molinaro?? He is even worse than that...

I hope you mean De Ceglie, and not me making sense for the first time :D

And its pointless to say discuss the degree of how bad Molinaro is (way too many exaggerate it), the important thing is EVERYONE knows he is not good enough. So thats it.

Come on, Mark83. I have no idea why you do your utmost to protect Molinaro. You do understand that he's absolute tosh, don't you? We don't know if De Ceglie will be better, but I sure as hell hope so because I can't bare to see another season with crap at left-back.

I know De Ceglie is a better player (seen enough azzurrini games to see that simple little part).

But what we dont know is if De Ceglie will make it in Juve. Because as we know, being better then Molinaro is not automatically being Juve quality.

P.S who is Mark83?
