I frankly don't give a shit about Osvaldo's attitude. I know that there is maybe a 5% chance he tries anything in that lockerroom with people he actually respects like Buffon, Pirlo, Chiellini, Conte, etc.

I'm more concerned about whether he's any good or not.
Me too, I just can't stand people saying shit they have no idea of. "Conte could manage that guy" and "Conte would set the other guy straight", when in actual reality, he haven't had the chance to prove that in his career.

Osvaldo is good player, but paying €15M for him when our club always loves to mention that we can't compete with other top clubs financially seems contradicting for someone we don't actually need.

Osvaldo is a great option to have off the bench.

However 15 mil seems steep for that considering our board and posters here always complains about Juve not having enough to buy top players. That's a great point Klin and others raise. It's bullshit that we keep buying multiple bench players for double figures and then have the fucking balls to complain about other leagues being richer.

Licht was an asshole in Lazio, but not hot headed I guess.

Tevez was a different kind of asshole, always crying to go to Argentina and making riots in the dressing room.
Asshole is not hot headed.

That was personal and a one-of. You can't praise Conte's managing skills because Tevez didn't threaten to leave Italy for Argentina yet.

I don't think it'll be 2M loan + 13M in the summer.

And even if it, its most likely a payment plan that suits us.

When dealing with superstars I think people tend to forget that in this market they would cost 5x that amount, crazy salaries, more cash upfront, etc. etc.

You say it like we're spending 55mln euros and not 15. Top clubs are not spending 15mln, they spend way more.

And we're not spending so much, we all know that Mirko is leaving. Even if he doesn't leave now (I think he will) we're selling him and we'll get around 10mln for him. It goes down to spending 5mln for Osvaldo.

It's not about handling a hot headed guy, but being strict and not ignoring shit that is happening. He's a cold blooded and he won't tolerate shit.

I'm not saying Osvaldo is not gonna make some trouble, though. Nobody knows that.

Vucinic + a couple mills for Osvaldo would be a wonderful deal.
Ya but we could use that money for a winger and change to a 4-3-3 or use that money for a better striker. Money is money.

Llorente was 0M, Tevez 10M, Osvaldo 15M? How does this make sense?

Why are you so sure that Conte would need to set him straight? He will know his place next to the likes of Buffon, Pirlo, Giorgio, Barza, Licht, Vidal like some guy said earlier.

The only problem would be the money, but I dont think that Marotta will pay so much for him.

They spend more but they buy less players. Last time I checked we needed quality, not quantity. We have enough bench players as it is.

And what's the point of replacing Vucinic even if we sell him this month? We already have 4 forwards as it is, and we always use the same 2. Always. Now we're even out of Coppa and we'll be out of EL in the coming weeks too. 4 forwards for Serie A are enough.

Let's save those €15M for players who would improve our starting line up, or who could actually give the coach a different option to change formation, rather than an expensive bench forward.

You know it bro. So insightful.

Matri was paid 12mln.

I remember reading how Lamela stuff was exaggerated and how he didn't even punch him at all. I have no idea what the second thing is.
Matri was like 15m+.

To compare, Amauri was 22.8m.
