So last night we had the 3 song showcase along with the other bands.
Overall I think it went ok! I must admit I was very nervous as it was my first gig ever and I could hardly swallow any food or beer before the concert so the beer thing did not work...shooters for me next time
The sound wasn't that good either but it was alrite. Since we're new and no one had heard the songs except for some friends, I was actually quite surprised to see people responding and applauding so warmly.
Anyway now it's gone and I'll post pics once we have them (we also took a video but obviously I can't post that).
Tomorrow the guys will be discussing who and how to sign the bands (if any) they chose. Today we had the conference with him and it was quite interesting but I didn't really get a good vibe out of it.
We shall see. Anyway it was a good experience and well in a week's time we have a full gig at a local club and then another 2 days later at the EU celebrations thingy which they're doing across Europe.

Yes Josh but this was our first gig since we changed keyboardist and so the new one had to learn the songs and all, so we couldnt perform live before.

So now I have al 3 songs on cd as they are finished and produced and I must say they sound really good. I've made people listen to them and got positive reactions. I'm sure they'll do very well on radio.
