    ok I got over my lazyness, this is what you need, add it to end.

    <form action="MAILTO:youremail" method="post" enctype="text/plain">

    Name:<br>
    <input type="text" name="name"
    value="yourname" size="20">
    <br>
    Mail:<br>
    <input type="text" name="mail"
    value="yourmail" size="20">
    <br>
    <input type="submit" value="Send">
    <input type="reset" value="Reset">

    </form>

    :D try it
    This, albeit being an extremely lame method, is the way to do it if you don't have access to smtp.
