The day was the 5th of May 2001, Inter were heading into the last day of the season with a lead over Juve. They met Lazio and in true Inter fashion they crumbled and Juve picked up the Scudetto for the 26th time.

On May 5, 2001, Juventus was one day away from drawing 2-2 against Roma, who were crowned the eventual Scudetto champions that year -- and we came in second to AS Roma by those lost 2 points.

I think you mean May 5, 2002.

I know this, and I know there have been old threads on this, because that was the day I got engaged in Italy.
