God. This is simply terrible...How long has the logo been what it was? Like 100 years or something...so let's just up and change it to something ugly and commercial. :groan: :irritate:

Didn't they have made changes previously, though? But I don't think it has been major changes, just like colour changes or something (blue to yellow backdrop etc)

I'm sorry, but IMO this one looks terrible.

i agree with ian.you don't change something that's been the symbol of a hugely traditional club just because you want a "new look".

hm, i kinda like the new one, I just need to get used to it. :)
It'll take me about 100 years :groan:

I don't really think I'll 'accept' it as the new logo, I'll still see the old one as the symbol of our club

:D
no it was 15 to 20 years
That's different though, before only subtle changes were made; this is a whole new thing altogether

Look at this photo:

This is not the Juve I know

It doesn't look that bad imo. I actually think that I'll grow to like it, but it was indeed an unnecessary change. The old logo was fantastic, there was no need to replace it, but... that's already done and there's nothing we can do about it so I'm just going to get used to it and try to like it.

I am still yet to hear an official reason why it was changed. Were there copyright problems like Arsenal had, or was it just changed for marketing reasons, as I suspect.

but look at the overall picture, the new logo, Capello, the players, the pink shirts

I mean fine, the pink shirts are history, and I like Capello, but overall, it's just not the Juve I'm used to :D

the players and Coach are new to Juve, that's true, but there is nothing unusual in buying new players and assigning a new coach.
about the logo, it is not that bad and we'll have to get used to it.

the shirts are new too, but we are changing them every time and every year

I like it  It's not as classy as the old one, but there's something about it that I like.

PS. Does anyone else think Chiellini is hot? :) :D

I like the shirts, unfortunately I don't like the jerseys :undecide: The pink and black one has a great scheme but the colours aren't right for it, while the home kit just isn't cutting it imo. The blue is the saving grace of the lot for me.

I'll take a shot. That logo itself isn't that bad but it's uglier than the last season's . In this thread (was it) Zlatan (who) said (with a smilie) that Juve'll be playing it's matches in the Nike Stadium, I just can't joke about it b/c I truly fear that'll be the case eventually. There just is lines in football world which business world shouldn't be allowed to cross, and this Nike -thing IMHO has took that step. Maybe it's just me and my conservative views on football, but I don't believe I'm the only one who's concerned about this business-over-football-mentality.

btw. check those ugly new Barca away-kits for next season, I wonder if there's any other big-name Nike -clubs with that very same ugly design.
