You should've saved a few just so that only 1 will die instead of 2 and the game would go on for a few more rounds. If you don't take a chance in this game, then it's really no fun.

You didn't follow the game. If you did you were gonna know that the detective Trequartista investigated TWW, who turned out to be a civilian. We all learn with every game, so you'll be much better if you play again.
Btw, giving the roles randomly sucks. I chose everything randomly. The role distribution was a draw. The 2nd jailer was the first civilian who posted after I announced Blondu's death (it turned out to be Melo) and yesterday Hoori was choosing who'll be lynched between Dru and Nate. If I wasn't choosing randomly, I'd have made this game much more interesting

Of course it wasn't luck. You probably did a major fuck up somewhere during that day. The detective role was too much for you as a first time player
Actually, that role is very hard to play even for the most experienced players.

Melo was bragging he knew who the detective was so we guessed it was one of the noobs and got lucky with you.

Purely luck. So was Blondu's whacking. But we used the unlikelihood of it being a lucky whack to frame Melo. Worked pretty well actually.

You did fuck up a little when you changed your investigation from Sheik to TWW. But you were unlucky here too. If the server didn't go down on day 1, you were gonna investigate Sheik. Then on day 2 you changed your mind
