Why would i agree to something like that? He had a better season.
It's not that complicated. The fact Del Piero had a much better season than Zlatan is of no consequence, it only underlines the fact that you already seemed to agree that Del Piero did things in football and acheieved stuff that Zlatan can only dream of, and therefore there's no comparison between one great player (Alex) and one player who still did nothing (Zlatan).

It is pointless to compare Del Piero to Ibrahimovic.
Zlatan is a good player. He is having a terrible time and I hope he gets over it soon.
Zlatan is now ~24 years old right? He has a long future ahead of him.. BUT he is not mature yet. That is Zlatan's biggest problem. Getting stupid red cards, making fun and disrespecting other players for managing to score a goal or dribbled past another player. Zlatan lacks the respect to the opponent.. I wouldn't be surprised if Zlatan would pick up a fight in a CL final. Arogance won't get him anywhere... Zlatan impressed on him first season, and with the help of Capello, he beleived that he is better than anyone.. That he can do whatever he wants when he wants.
The reason you cannot compare Del Piero to Ibrahimovic is becasue at the age of 19 Del Piero was much more mature than Zlatan currently is. Whether its behaviours on the pitch or off the pitch.

And for those who were comparing acheivements, you really cannot compare Juventus all time legend and top scorer to a player who is good, quite good, but in nowhere near the level of a Juventus legend.

And for those who are trying to refer to DP's career to only have shined in 1 season.. well.. I really don't know what to answer them. It seems that they really haven't been watching football.
the main problem of zlatan is maturity
yes,he is not mature and he loses his nervesand his concentration quickly
but there is no doubt about his qualities as a footballer, qualities that he had shown in a first brilliant season in italiy.

is it confirmed that zlatan will leave with crapello??
Brings up an interesting question, that. Is it open season on former staff?

Zlatan's future, like so many other Juve players, is doubtless in the hands of the corruption trial. If Juve stay up, who knows?

most of you are making a very big mistake in saying that Ibra is not that good as player
this guy is an absolute worldclass player!!!!
idd he had a bad season but i hope you can see how much talent this guy has

Ibra better then del piero? these are two different players but del piero is over his top for a long time now and ibra can meen a lot more for a topteam then del piero
del piero is not a player for a topteam anymore, he lacks power
if he would stay with us next season in serie B D.P. could again turn into a hero but once his contract expires, in 2008, and we're back in serie A we should say goodbye
