Now, let's think here....

I know he's free (well not really, since he comes with a lot of baggage in legal problems with Chelsea which Juve'll now be involved in), but Does Juve really need him?

Don't we want a quick forward-type player like we had DV?
This beggs the question? Who will be sold? Zalayeta or DEL PIERO maybe?
Yes we do, and no we dont.

BTW, his ban ends May 18th, not 15th.

Majed, that's like asking a milionaire if he needs another million dollars.

Of course.

Mutu/Zlatan, Mutu/Trez, Trez/Zlatan/Mutu Trident attack

Note to Self: DO NOT yell out "MUTU!!!" in the middle of intimate relations with the wife.
call me pessimistic, but I really don't see Mutu adding that much extra firepower to Juve.

We would have been better off getting an offensive mid, a young defender, ..etc.

I see a lot of frustration ahead for Zala and Del Piero who haven't been THAT bad.

Official - Mutu signs for Juve
Wednesday 12 January, 2005

Juventus have officially signed former Chelsea star Adrian Mutu, though he won’t be available until his drugs ban expires in May.

Reports in his native Romania over the last few days had hinted at a pre-contract agreement penned with the Bianconeri, but late this evening the five-year deal was confirmed by the Juventus website.

Mutu had been linked to Juve even before he tested positive for cocaine and was handed a seven-month suspension.

Chelsea fired the player, so he is free to sign for any club he wants, even if the Stamford Bridge side has hinted it wants compensation from his future employers.

As the ban expires on May 18, the Romanian will be able to play the final two games of the Serie A season.

Mutu turned 26 years of age on Saturday and the interest of other sides, including Fiorentina, has evidently pushed Juventus to stake their claim early.

He therefore returns to Serie A, where he had successful spells at Inter, Hellas Verona and Parma before joining Chelsea in a £15.8m move.

exactly. But In the near future, I wouldnt mind having this formation:

------------Mutu--Zlatan

Nedved--Emerson--Pizarro--Camoranesi

Jankulovski-Cannavaro-Chivu-Zambrotta

----------------Buffon

Mouwahhaha 1/4 of my great formation is complete. 25% complete ;)

Oh this is absolutely perfect. We get a great replacement for Del Piero, a player who was one of the best strikers in the world, albeit for free. That is a smart move by Moggi right there.

Now, since we did not spend a penny on strengthening our forward line, we could use some of the cash that would have been used for that to bring in a natural playmaker to help the midfield. Furthermore, we also will have more money to use on defensive replacements.

God I love you Moggi.

This is great, and I doubt we will sell any forwards, it just means that Miccoli is gone for good. The little prick should have kept his mouth shut :D

YAY, now we have money for Pizarro and Chivu to start with. And if there is any money left, snatch up Jankulovski ;)

This made the day! OMG Im so happy. I cant wait to see that short little Sh1t play in Black & White ;) okay, here comes my personal dreamteam after the summer:

--------Mutu-----Zlatan

Nedved---------------Camo
-----Emerson-Pizarro

Zambro-Canna-Chivu-Oddo

------------Buffon

It is kind of realistic, so I hope this will happen ;)

(sorry for posting many posts with lineups, but Im so happy. Now with this smart move, my brain is working a lot and I imagine many wonderful things)

If Mutu shows his old Parma form could this be the end of Trezeguet at Juventus? I know Barkuss sure hopes so..

I also have a feeling the DP fans will have a fit with this.
