Sissoko counts down to Juve Wednesday 23 January, 2008

Liverpool midfielder Mohamed Sissoko expects to complete his move to Juventus within the week.
The Old Lady are looking to strengthen their midfield after disappointing showings from summer arrivals Tiago Mendes and Sergio Almiron.
Sissoko has fallen out with Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez and the Mali international is keen to complete his dream move to the club he supported as a child.
“It’s just a question of a few days. In three, or maybe four days it should all be sorted. I know that things are moving – we just have to wait,” said the star, who turned 23 yesterday.
“I have to confess that wearing the Juventus shirt would be the greatest thing. I have been a Bianconeri fan since I was a kid.
“I supported Juve because I was obsessed with Zinedine Zidane and if you loved Zidane, you loved Juve. I then became a fan of Alessandro Del Piero – he is a great player.”
A further reason for Sissoko to relish the chance to ply his trade in Turin is his close relationship with Claudio Ranieri, who he worked with at Valencia.
“I always got on well with Ranieri and I think that I will be able to settle into the Italian League quickly,” he insisted.
“But I am still a Liverpool player at the moment, even if I have Juventus in my heart.”

Who gets this guy. First we aren't a big enough club and then we would be the greatest thing for him. I hope that the fans will BOO him if he is signed and then the management will know how the fans feel about SHITSOKO
