Byrone,i dont think you should be happy about it...if u win u were expected to win...but if u lose ..................................................:D.
Dude we could have got Pakistan, i'm not too confident with sub continent teams.:D But what the group games have shown is that nobody is safe, if you don't bring your a-game, you'll lose, simply put.

Umar Akmal as he was walking off after the game: Who was the man of the match?!

Not sure if he meant "common, you know it was me" or if he genuinely wanted to know so he could congratulate the person. Hope the little man is not getting cocky this early in his career :p

Pakistan has more RAW talet than any other team in the world cricket, without a doubt and it makes it a pleasure to watch them boys in action.....but then having said most of them have manure where their brain is supposed to be....jelousy is filled in bucket loads and then there is the superiority complex within the team that most of the pakistani players get after 3-4 sucessfull years rips them apart, everyone from the team to the management turn to politics and back stabbing that one would witness in college/university elections

Just a view of a outsider, and i am a fan of pakistani team.

what do u think ze?

Here's how everything will work out:

23 March - Pakistan v B4 (QF - C)

24 March - Sri Lanka v B3 (QF - D)

25 March - Australia v B2 (QF - E)

26 March - SA v NZ (QF - F)

Group B to be settled once the India v WI game is settled. As is, India in second place with seven points (NRR - 0.77), England in third place with seven points (NRR - 0.07) & WI in forth spot with six points (NRR - 1.65)

29 March - Winner C vs Winner E (1st Semi Final)

30 March - Winner D vs Winner F (SA) (2nd Semi Final) I know i'm being cheeky:D:D

2 April - SA vs SF2 (Final)

Woody with tomorrow's game any result is possible, so SA & India could easily meet in the semi's, so lets's not count our chickens before they've hatched.:D

It should be a good game

If we win the toss then bowl first, get WI out cheaply and chase the targed with ease without hurry.

M just worried about gayle and pollard :nervous:

Oh please, your boys will finish them off quickly. WI can't handle spinners & Harbhajan will slaughter them. As i said to Tahir, WI are everybody's bitch, they pose no threat.:D

Once Ambrose, Walsh & Lara retired they never recovered & it's their fault. They have so many amazing players there but they just aren't bothered to develop them properly.

Sarwan looked like the next big thing but then did not get much support.

I think the management just lost interest in cricket

They just aren't prepared to do the hard work, simply put. SA sport across the board was banned from all international competitions & was only reinstated in 1991/2, look how far we've come after being in the wilderness for 25 yrs. Our rugby team has won the WC twice, our football team have won the ACN & qualified for the WC on numerous occasions plus hosting the WC & our national cricket team is ranked among the best in the world.

You need to have the hunger & desire to achieve great things, WI just expect results with out factoring in the inevitable cycle period.
